Authenticity of the bags

  • All the bags on this site and on all other pages are 100% original and authenticated through a double process:

    • visual pre-authentication (model and code verification)
    • physical authentication (verification of leather, finishes, stitching, closures, etc.)

      To speed up the go-to-market process for our bags, we often use an additional third-party verification process to further confirm their authenticity.

      This process is usually done before being published on the site, with the exception of PRE-ORDER items, which undergo physical authentication at a later time. More info here .

  • At the time of purchase, you can request a digital certificate issued by unluxe for €20. Send an email with your order number to info@unluxe.it
  • All bags on the unluxe properties (with the exception of very rare cases, such as some Chanel bags made before 1986) have a serial number that can be verified.
  • Some bags still have tags and dust bags (always specified)
  • Unlike other resellers, we don't sell just any brand, and the reason is very simple. We only offer brands we love, collect, and know 100% of the time. Each brand has its own unique characteristics, and knowing them is essential for a proper evaluation.
  • In addition to an initial assessment of the exterior, we establish the authenticity of a bag by carrying out an in-depth and complete analysis of the interior, materials, and leathers used, which are often crucial.
  • Finally, we're obsessed with iconic and rare designs. Limited editions, discontinued models, anything unique. Our bags are usually more than 10 years old: the counterfeit market, unfortunately or fortunately, often focuses on more recent or evergreen models. The ones everyone has and we'd never want (and you're unlikely to find them on unluxe!).
