  • Are your bags authentic?

All the bags on this site and on all my other pages are 100% original and authenticated through a dual process:

  • visual pre-authentication (model and code verification)
  • physical authentication (verification of leather, finishes, stitching, closures...)

Furthermore, all the bags I sell (with the exception of very rare cases, such as some Chanels produced before 1986) have the reference serial code which can be verified.

  • Why do these bags cost less than the rest of the second-hand market?

  • Price has always been a very sensitive element for me . I still have a long way to go (I'm at the beginning of this project!) and at the moment I'm looking to reduce my margin to increase my visibility. It is in all respects an investment in the future!
  • Reluxe was born as a community of people who love iconic and rare luxury bags . Taking advantage of the power of this community, private individuals themselves give life to my drops. I also personally restore the bags if necessary. This allows me to eliminate all intermediaries , guaranteeing you the best prices ALWAYS and iconic bags in very good condition.
  • It won't be like this forever I'm afraid. Finding unique pieces at super prices is very difficult and considering the increase in demand I imagine that something will have to change in the near future. But I promise that I will always try to do my best for you! And in the meantime I confirm that the prices of this drop are CRAZY.

  • Do your bags have defects?

The luxury bags I sell are used and may show slight signs of use or age . My bags are not perfect and they don't claim to be! Any defects and/or more marked signs are ALWAYS reported on the product pages.
As a rule, the bags I sell have barely visible signs , which can only be noticed through careful inspection (a situation that is difficult to replicate in everyday life :D).

  • What are drops?

Drops are moments of publication of new products. Drops occur at a specific date and time, usually announced on TikTok and Instagram. Since they are all unique pieces, the drops are the only way to allow anyone to secure the bag of their dreams ❤️

  • How do drops work?

On the specified date and time, the bags from the new drop will appear on the reluxe studio website in the New Arrivals section. The first person to complete the payment will receive the bag 😍 the bags usually sell out in just a few minutes, make sure to connect to the shared date and time!

  • Is it possible to book a bag in a drop in advance?

Since they are all unique pieces at wow prices, it is not possible to book a bag present in the drops in advance.

  • How can I increase my chances of winning a scholarship?

Finding luxury bags and making them available at prices extremely lower than market values ​​is very difficult. For this reason the bags sell out in just a few minutes. However, to increase your chances of purchasing the bag of your dreams, make sure you:

1) create an account in advance , taking care to add your address so as to avoid having to fill in the data during the purchase phase (every minute is precious!);

2) log in to your account a few minutes before the drop;

3) visit the New Arrivals page and refresh until you see the new bags appear 🥰

Since they are all unique pieces at wow prices, it is not possible to reserve a bag from the drops in advance.
