Is the service free?

Yes, the search service is completely free.

Can I ask to search any bag?

Unfortunately not <3 We're only looking for bags from brands we carry that are in line with our selection. Submit your request using the form and within a few days we'll let you know if your request has been accepted and if you're officially on the list!

What are the timeframes?

You'll receive feedback on the feasibility of your request within a few days of submitting your request. Depending on the model you're looking for, we'll be able to provide you with an approximate timeframe.

I've already submitted the form. Should I also DM you on Instagram?

We strongly recommend doing both: filling out the form AND sending us a message on Instagram afterward. This allows us to track your request and get in touch with you as easily as possible. And if you have any other questions, you can chat directly with us via Instagram!
